NEW ONLINE "ACCESS CODE" FOR REGISTRATION
Please note: if you did not register on-line for the 2009-2010 season you will not be in the database, and will need to enter all of your information for the first time before retrieving your access code.
If you are aplayer and registering for the 2010-2011 season online, choose “retrieve your access code” when you visit the Registration page. You will be prompted to enter the player's first name, last name and date of birth. An email containing your "access code" (keep in a safe place for future reference) will be sent to the email address already in the system for parent 1. Once you have your access code, return to the registration page and enter the players first and last name and the access code. Alll of the existing information will pre-populate in the registration form fields. You can update any information that has changed here, and register for the upcoming season.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already paid the $25 registration fee to attend Petite Provincial or Tween A tryouts, then please select the U12 Petite or U14 Balance owing selection when completeing your registration.
If you are registering by mail please print out the selected form below and submit along with your payment. Registrations are not complete until payment in full has been received.
