Here you'll find all sorts of information about what's going on around the KRA, what we're planning, and what you can help us out with! 

Events we are currently looking for volunteers for:

1. Bingo Always looking for help.  If interested in being a Back Room Controller, email the Bingo Coordinator: Connie McFatridge bingo@kitchenerringette.com

Bingo's are run every second Saturday, and a large portion of our fundraising is done through this initiative.  Bingo volunteers sell bingo cards, call out winning bingo's and deliver payment to winners from the backroom.  You can see available spots and sign up HERE.

     2. The Golden Ring Tournament (February 2022) at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, Sportsworld Arena and Lions Arena.

Golden Ring requires many volunteers to ensure this great (and profitable) event happens!  Volunteer spots include Convenors (Handing out room keys/game sheets) and Selling 50/50 tickets.  When spaces are available, they will be posted on our online signup sheet HERE.

     3 . Player Appreciation day  (Help with Santa Claus Parade and Member Event afterwards)

Player apprection day has been moved to the end of the season, but we still need volunteers to help with a wide variety of tasks.  More details can be found by contacting Sam Laban - events@kitchenerringette.com

Although we changed the date, we still take part in the Santa Claus parade... we have the Wildcats on a parade float, but volunteers to decorate the float and join the ride are always appreciated!

    4. Summer Shinny, Power Skating, Goalie Training, Prep for Rep

We need on-ice volunteers to make these programs work!  Contact Player Development: Brian Kettles development@kitchenerringette.com

    5. Regionals

We need convenors for Western Region regionals in March.  Sign up will be on the Western Region site.

   6. Shot Clock

Every game at U12 and above requires a shot clock operator.  The home team is required to provide a volunteer for this position.  Speak to your team manager for details.

   7. Other Events ongoing through the Season.  Events Coordinator can always use a hand.
